Sanofi Aventis

Sanofi Aventis required a solution to address their manual handling challenges in their warehouse based at Morpeth, UK. Having investigated the market for suitable equipment to transfer goods from plastic to wooden pallets, they were unable to identify a solution to meet their exacting requirements. They approached us to provide a pallet transfer system that could prevent tipping or reordering of stock. Our PTM1 system fitted the bill as it transfers stock directly from a hygienic pallet to a wooden pallet without tipping, rotating or reordering.

Piramal Healthcare

Piramal Healthcare required a solution to address their logistics issues within the group. They required their goods to be transferred from plastic pallet, which they use for storage to wooden pallets for logistical reasons. Having investigated the market for suitable equipment to transfer goods from plastic to wooden pallets, they were unable to identify a solution that didn’t re-order their stock items on the pallet. They approached us to provide a solutions, our TPS system Our PTM2 system fitted the bill as it transfers stock from either standard and euro pallets without tipping, rotating or reordering.

Dairy Crest

Dairy Crest required a transfer system for their Cathedral Cheese factory in Frome Somerset. They required a system that would separate their factory from the warehouse, taking all wooden pallets out of the factory, thus eliminating hygiene issues that have been a problem for many years in the food industry. The PTM3 fitted the bill as it was designed to integrate with a warehouse safety door and to transfer small and large loads. The PTM3 uniquely designed for the factory is able to transfer from 50Kg to 2,000Kg loads of cheese from a plastic pallet to a wooden pallet though an automatically opening door, thus keeping the separation of the factory and warehouse.
